Ocean Jasper is a mineral that exclusively comes from Madagascar and is made up of both jasper and agate.

An array of bright colors and concentric banding are hallmarks of some of the best examples of OJ… called “orbicular”.

Ocean Jasper is actually trademarked- so if the mineral doesn’t come from specific mines owned by Enter the Earth in Madagascar… it’s just sparkling Sea Jasper.

This is my favorite mineral ever. Especially if there are orbs AND bands.
